Cardinal Ready - School Supply Request 2025-2026
The Eudora Schools Foundation is offering school supply assistance in a "shopping" format again this year. Instead of pre-packed supplies, families who request assistance will be invited to shop for their own school supplies at our Cardinal Ready school supply shopping event on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 pm at the Eudora Schools District Office (1310 Winchester Rd).
This event provides students and families the opportunity to choose items based on their school’s supply list, along with access to free backpacks, limited clothing items, hygiene products, and other back-to-school support.
Please complete the form below to register your student(s). If you have more than one student, please submit one request per student so we can be prepared with enough supplies for each grade level.
After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with event details the week prior to the event.

What to Expect at the Cardinal Ready Shopping Event
- Shop for school supplies based on your child’s school supply list
Select a backpack (if needed)
Limited quantities of shoes, socks, and hygiene products
Limited clothing items
Help completing free/reduced lunch applications from Eudora Schools Food Services
