Volunteers expand our capacity to provide essential resources and enrichment opportunities to Eudora students.
Our volunteers are community members, parents, college students, high school students, business partners, and community organizations. Our volunteers offer their support to Eudora Schools initiatives including, Cardinal LinkUP Mentor Program, enrichment programs, in libraries, and in classrooms.
Our volunteers’ commitment is also felt directly here at the Eudora Schools Foundation through office and event support, and out in the world as community advocates for our Foundation work and for public education.

Cardinal LinkUP Mentor
A mentor is a member of the community who is willing to volunteer their time to interact with a student with the goal of helping him or her achieve personal, academic, and career exploration goals. A mentor is a friend, resource, and guide. There are two components to Cardinals LinkUP Program 1) Group meetings once a month before school from 7:30-8 a.m. and 2) one-on-one meetings with student and mentor will be encouraged one to three times per month throughout the year before school or during lunch. All contact with the mentor is restricted to school grounds.

Come be a part of an amazing community-wide group of volunteers who are excited about the work we do, want to promote our Foundation, and who believe in public education. As an ESF Ambassador you’ll attend our “insiders only” meetings and commit to vibrantly furthering the mission of the Eudora Schools Foundation by creating awareness in the community for ESF and public education, networking among personal/professional friends and colleagues, bolstering social media presence, representing at key events, and inspiring others to get involved.
